Policy
WCA admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletics, and other school-administered programs.
We reserve the right to limit our enrollment in number so that the quality of our academic program is not impaired. We also reserve the right to limit our enrollment in the type of student so that our goals of training Christian youth in the highest principles of Christian leadership and personal integrity are not hindered.
Procedures
- Parents visit the school.
- Student Transfer Form must be completed and turned in. (unless child is transferring from a school in another country)
- Parents and student read the Student Handbook and agree to abide by it.
- If student is placed in Junior High or High School, the student must fill out and sign the Standard of Conduct form.
- Application is submitted accompanied by registration fee, previous report card, Student Transfer Form, birth certificate, medical history (including a record of immunizations), and immigration clearance(if applicable).
- Student will do diagnostic testing.
- Parents will be notified of acceptance.
- Parents must attend parent orientation on the Saturday before school begins.
- Parents will make an appointment for themselves and their child to meet with the classroom teacher.
